Really great. This video has been around for over two years and been reposted on any blogs and inspired many people in North America but I don't think there is anything like it so far in North America. There are separated bike lanes now in some cities but nothing like this at the intersections.
Hopefully someday.

Drivers in my area have a habit of stopping well past the stop line.

One problem I'll note is that at most U.S. intersections, the light would change far too rapidly for this to be very useful.

The bicyclist hoping to make the left turn will end up getting stuck at the far corner ("in the middle" of the turn) and having to wait for the signal to go the other way, wouldn't they?

Or maybe I misunderstood the system.
